Enter your entire roster. We enter everyone in every race so we do not need to know who is running in the varsity or junior varsity race (if there are 2 races). Run your top 7 in the varsity race and the rest of your team in the JV race. We do not need to know scratches. If you are unsure if a runner is going to be able to compete on race day still enter them. If they don't run, than just discard their bib number. This is much easier than adding runners on race day.
List only: Last name, First name, Gender (M or F) separated by a comma. We do not need to know school year of runner.
If you are entering a Middle School team, submit them on another list and put MS next to the school.
