    Tog e’ – Go – Bog e’
is a word that is used by the Ovid-Elsie cross country
program to represent Take it easy.  Go steady there.
Don't fight yourself.  Dig deep.  It expands upon and
develops the first catch phrase Coach Hughey used early
in his cross coaching, 'run with relaxed intensity'.  He
interpreted it, which reinforces and explains the ideas as,
Take it easy = relax.  Go steady there = run with
confidence.   Don't fight yourself = allow your best to come
out.   Dig deep = drain yourself (leave it all on the course).
These are ideas we all need to keep in mind when we run.
