Scoring: The Spartan Invitational is a
non-scored meet
Location: Ralph
Young Track and Field Facility at the corner of West Shaw Lane and Chestnut
Road (Southwest of Spartan Football Stadium) The hammer, discus, and javelin
will be contested at Munn Field directly across Chestnut Road from the track
Parking: Stadium Lot located directly East of
the Track
Entry Fee: $10.00
per athlete - $150.00 for teams of 15 or more athletes Women’s and Men’s teams
are considered two separate teams

Athlete Check-in:
Running event athletes must check-in at the clerking station no less than
15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of their event(s) or they will be
scratched
Field event athletes may check-in with the head field event official
starting 30 minutes before the event and must be checked-in before the start
time of their throwing or jumping event(s)
Equipment: ¼” maximum spike length, starting blocks
will be provided
Trainers: Michigan
State University Sports Medicine Staff will be available. Trainers from other schools will have access
to the training area.
Showers: Available
at Jenison Field House. Bring your own towels
