The 2010 Race for Hopes & Dreams 5k walk/run is a major
fundraiser to support the “Dreams to Reality” program recently
begun at Burcham Hills.  We believe, as a community, that an elder
is a person who is still growing, learning and dreaming.  With that in
mind, the “Dreams to Reality” program seeks to identify and help
the elders of our community achieve their dreams.  It can be as
simple as a husband wanting to take his wife out for one last steak
dinner before he passes away or as outrageous as a 90 year old
woman wanting to go skydiving and everything in between.  By
participating in the 2010 Race for Hopes & Dreams 5k walk/run,
you are helping to bring elders’ dreams a little closer to reality.
